Child Labor Policy
At YTT Automotive, our policy on child labor is based on the regulations regarding the Employment of
Children and Young Workers. We apply the principles related to prohibited work for children under 18, permissible work for young workers aged
15 to 18, and light work for children who have completed primary education and are over 14.
Quality Policy
Our goal is to establish a consistent and continuous structure by creating a self-checking production process where each employee and department
considers the next employee or department as their internal customer, and is responsible for delivering flawless products and services at every
stage of production.
